Differences are said to have surfaced in the relationship between ruling PDP and BJP coalition partners on the issue of restructuring of Kashmir Police Service officers cadre. At a Cabinet meeting on Friday evening, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti is said to have walked out midway, following opposition from some of her cabinet colleagues regarding a proposal to restructure theKPS officers cadre. Mufti reportedly became angry over the issue and immediately left the Secretariat, sources said. The meeting was shifted to the office of Deputy Chief Minister to assess the situation. Later on, a delegation of ministers, along with the Dy CM, met Mufti at her residence.
