3176As Indianmandarins reported first (06.09.2020) Nitishwar Kumar (IAS:1996:UP) has been appointed as Principal Secretary to J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. As PS to LG (J&K) Nitishwar replaces Bipul Kumar Pathak (IAS:1992:JK) who worked as PS to former Lieutenant Governor G C Murmu. The NaMo administration cleared the inter-cadre deputation (from UP to UT of J&K) of Nitishwar Kumar on 05.09.2020 for a period of one year in relaxation to the ICD Policy. Further, Bipul Kumar Pathak was on Sunday transferred and posted as Principal Secretary (Govt of J&K), Department of Information & Technology with the additional charge of Science & technology, CEO- JaKeGa and CEO, JAKEDA. As Indianmandarins reported first (06.09.2020) Nitishwar Kumar (IAS:1996:UP) has been appointed as Principal Secretary to J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha.
As PS to LG (J&K) Nitishwar replaces Bipul Kumar Pathak (IAS:1992:JK) who worked as PS to former Lieutenant Governor G C Murmu.
