Raipur (11.07.2024): The way Chhattisgarh DGP Ashok Juneja (IPS: 1989: CG) is getting success one after another against Naxals, it is likely that he may be given extension as the panel has not yet been sent to UPSC to decide the new DGP. Juneja, who has forced Naxals on backfoot in Chhattisgarh, is retiring on August 4, 2024. Informed sources say that if some new arrangement of DGP is made, Juneja May be given a post-retirement assignment.
