Four posts of DDG vacant in NCB

Narcotics Control Bureau has recently got Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar (IPS:1983:UP) as its new DG who has a tough task ahead to keep his department running amid four vacant posts of DDG.
Two posts have been lying vacant for over a year vice B B Mishra and A K Jaiswal, whereas two more fell vacant on March 13 following the completion of deputation tenure of Ranjan Kumar Sahu (IRS C&CE:1986) and Vijay Kumar (IPS:1986).
Reportedly, one panel for DDG (HQ) has been returned by the ACC which wants to see more names added in a new panel, whereas the panel for DDG (Admin) is yet to be cleared which had proposed R N Srivastava (IRS C&CE) for DDG.
