Bihar elections ahead; Union Cabinet endorses a new AIIMS at Darbhanga

1109The Union Cabinet has cleared a new AIIMS for Bihar, which will come up in Darbhanga. The move comes ahead of state assembly elections. The institute will be established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). The project worth Rs 1,264 crore is likely to be completed within a period of 48 months from the date of the approval of the government.
