The Government of Chhattisgarh has slapped notices on Bastar Collector Amit Kataria (IAS:2004:CG) and Dantewada Collector K C Devsenapathi (IAS:2007:CG) who somehow failed to adhere to the “dress code” and “protocol” while receiving the Prime Minister Modi in the state on May 09.

The warning letter issued (by GAD) to Kataria said that; “it has come to notice that you were not wearing a proper dress and had also put on sunglasses” while receiving Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Another IAS officer Devsenapathi had worn a white shirt and trousers during his meeting with PM instead of ‘Bandhgala’; the specified “dress code” for officers representing state government in the district.
