• G P Singh (IPS: 1991: AM) has been appointed as Director General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for a tenure up to his superannuation on 30.11.2027.

• The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs was assigned to Power Secretary Pankaj Agrawal (IAS: 1992: MP) from 18.01.2025 to 25.01.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Katikithala Srinivas (IAS: 1989: GJ). 
• The additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Ayush was assigned to Punya Salila Srivastava (IAS: 1993: AGMUT) from 18.01.2025 to 25.01.2025 during the period of absence on leave of Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha. Currently, she is Secretary, Department of Health and Family Welfare. 
• Abhishek Ranjan (IOFS: 2008), CVO, Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE), Kolkata, has been entrusted with additional charge of CVO, Bharat Dynamics Ltd (BDL), Hyderabad for a period of six months i.e. up to 31.05.2025.

• Vishvajit Sahay (IDAS: 1990), Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Science and Technology, has been repatriated to his parent cadre for availing the benefit of promotion.

• Sidh Kumar (ITS: 1998), Director, Dr Ambedkar Foundation (DAF) under the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, has been prematurely repatriated to his parent department, i.e. Department of Telecommunications to avail the benefit of promotion.
• Post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Cooperation held by Kumar Ram Krishna (IOFS: (2011) has been re-designated as Director in the same ministry for a period up to 17.01.2027 i.e. total tenure of five years. His central deputation tenure is w.e.f. 18.01.2022.
• Post of Private Secretary (at Deputy Secretary level) to the Minister for Defence Raj Nath Singh in the Ministry of Defence held by Amit Kishore (IAS: 2011: UP) has been re-designated as Private Secretary (at Director level) to the same Minister for a period up to 09.07.2029. He counts his central Deputation tenure w.e.f.10.07.2024.
• Vikas Kumar (IPS: 2013: AGMUT), SP, CBI, has been repatriated to his parent cadre with the condition of extended 'Cooling Off'.

• Sunil Kumar Jha (IPS: 1993: BH) has been appointed as Special Director General, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) up to 31.01.2027 i.e. date of his superannuation.

• Nidhi Khare (IAS: 1992: JH), Secretary, Department of Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, has been entrusted with additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of New and Renewable Energy till the appointment of a regular incumbent.

• Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, has been appointed as Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.

• Justice Sujoy Paul, Judge of Telangana High Court, has been appointed to perform duties of Chief Justice of the same High Court.
• Justice Alok Aradhe, Chief Justice of Telangana High Court, has been appointed as Chief Justice of Bombay High Court.
• Amit Kumar (IPS: 2006: AGMUT), DIG, National Investigation Agency (NIA), has been promoted to the rank of Inspector General, NIA.
• Parul Kush (IPS: 2004: WB), DIG, SSB, has been appointed as IG, SSB.
• Shashank Anand (IPS: 2006: HY), DIG, BSF, has been appointed as IG, BSF.
• Rajendra Narayan Das (IPS: 2006: CH), DIG, CRPF, has been appointed as IG, CRPF.
• Rani Bindu (IPS: 2006: HP), DIG, BPR&D, has been appointed as IG, BPR&D.

• The Centre, on request of Govt of Manipur, repatriated Prashant Kumar Singh (IAS: 1993: MN) to the Cadre. Currently, he is Secretary, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy. He will succeed Vineet Joshi (IAS: 1992: MN) as new Chief Secretary of the state.
• Ritu Ranjan Mittar was appointed as Whole-Time Member in the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for a tenure of three years, or till the age of 65 years. He is is former Head & Advisor, Telecommunication Engineering Centre.
• Maruthi Prasad Tangirala (IP&TAFS: 1990) was appointed as Whole-Time Member in the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) for a tenure of three years, or till the age of 65 years. He is Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services.
