Chandigarh (16.03.2024): Just before the announcement of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, there has been a major reshuffle in Haryana from Chief Minister to chief minister’s office however Rajesh Khullar (Retd IAS: 1988: HY) is continuing as Chief Principal Secretary to the newly sworn in Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini too. This has certainly generated curiosity among who’s who in Haryana posing what transpired that incumbent CS Sanjeev Kaushal (IAS: 1986: HY) has apparently been asked to proceed on leave while Khullar is still very well placed in the saddle. TVSN Prasad (IAS: 1988: HY) has been appointed as the new CS. Some other key changes have also been enacted in the CMO which makes political executive faceless which are listed below:

• TVSN Prasad (IAS: 1988: HY) has been appointed as Chief Secretary, General Administration, Human Resources, Personnel and Training, Parliamentary Affairs, Vigilance Departments and Secretary in charge of Plan Coordination along with his present duties.
• V Umashankar (IAS: 1993: HY) has been appointed as Principal Secretary to Chief Minister; Additional Chief Secretary to Government; Haryana Citizen Resources Information Department; Administrative Secretary in charge of CM Window; Additional Chief Secretary to Government; Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture Department. Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Foreign Cooperation Department.
• Amit Kumar Agrawal (IAS: 2003: HY) has been appointed as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister; Project Director, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associate Programme; Managing Director, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd; Commissioner & Secretary to Government; Development and Panchayats Department.
• Ashima Brar (IAS: 2004: HY) has been appointed as Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister; Director General, Social Justice, Empowerment Welfare of Scheduled Castes & Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department.
• T L Satyaprakash (IAS: 2002: HY) has been appointed as Managing Director Haryana Minerals Ltd, New Delhi in  addition to his present duties.
• Ramesh Chander Bidhan (IAS: 2005: HY) has been appointed as Secertary, Haryana State Commission for Scheduled Castes in addition to his present duties.
• Dr Brahmjeet Singh Rangi (IAS: 2016: HY) has been appointed as District Municipal Commissioner, Palwal in addition to his present Duties.
• Pradeep Singh (IAS: 2020: HY) has been appointed as District Municipal Commissioner, Nuh in addition to his present Duties.
• Kala Ramachandan (IPS: 1994: HY), ADGP/Administration (H), Panchkula has been appointed as OSD to Heritage & Tourism Department, in addition to her present duties. She shall lake over as Principal Secretary, Haryana Heritage & Tourism Department upon superannuation of M D. Sinha (lFS: 1989: HY) on 30 04 2024.
