If some well-placed sources are to be believed Nitishwar Kumar (IAS:1996:UP), former Private Secretary to Manoj Kumar Sinha, the then Union Minister for Telecom and Railways, has been picked as Private Secretary to J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. The official announcement is yet awaited. Presently, Nitishwar Kumar is Member Secretary, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) under the Department of School Education & Literacy. Prior to this, he worked as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation.
