Bhoosreddy, like his predecessor Rajive Kumar, has a clean image and an impeccable service record.

Further, the Yogi administration picked Dimple Verma (Retd IAS: 1989: UP) as member, RERA. Verma, an officer with impeccable service record and clean image, is the wife of Special DGP Prashant Kumar (IPS: 1990: UP) who has been Yogi administrations most trustworthy police officer since its first term itself. She retired from IAS in September 2022. 

There are three members in UP RERA besides its chairman. Turamalla Venkatesh (Retd IAS: 1988: UP) and former district judge Deepak Swaroop Saxena as members of UP RERA are another two Members of UP RERA.
