the NaMo administration on Wednesday announced a minor reshuffle of Chief Vigilance Officer of SAIL, IOCL, Department of Telecom, and MMTC based on premature repatriation, extension, and additional charge:

1. Ms. Trishaljit Sethi (IPoS:1990), CVO of NTPC, was given the additional charge of CVO, SAIL for a period of one year.
2. Navneet Gupta (IA&AS:1997), presently Joint Secretary in the Department of Telecom (DoT), was given the additional charge of CVO, DoT for a period of six months beginning 01.07.2020.
3. The tenure of Bir Singh Negi (IDAS:1994) as CVO, MMTC (Delhi) was extended for a period of two years beginning 24.09.2020.
4. Vinod Kumar (IFS:1987:UD), IOCL CVO, was prematurely repatriated to parent cadre for availing promotion in cadre state i.e. Uttarakhand. Further, the additional charge of CVO, IOCL was assigned to Rajiv Kumar Gupta (IFS:1988:AM) for a period of three months. Currently, RK Gupta is CVO, Oil India Limited (OIL).
