New Delhi (03.09.2021): The Kerala government effected a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the state. These officers included:

1. T V Anupama (IAS: 2010: Kerala), has been appointed director of Scheduled Tribes development department. She will also hold additional charge of commissioner of entrance examinations.
2. Mohammed Y Safirulla (IAS: 2010: Kerala), has been posted as special commissioner of the Kerala GST department. He will hold additional charge of secretary, finance (Resources) department and that of project director of e-Health.
3. Seeram Sambasiva Rao (IAS: 2012: Kerala), will hold full additional charges of project director, Kerala state transport project and CEO of Kerala Road Fund Board besides existing additional charge as KSITIL MD.
4. Adeela Abdulla (IAS: 2012: Kerala) has been made director of woman and child development department. She will also hold charges of CEO of Gender Park and director of lotteries department.
5. S Shanavas is the new CSML CEO. He will also hold full charges of Vyttila Mobility Hub Society MD and Kochi Metropolitan Transport Authority MD.
6. Abdul Nasar (IAS: 2012: Kerala) is the new MGNREGS mission director and will also hold the charge of director of CPMU.
7. D Sajith Babu (IAS: 2012: Kerala) will hold full additional charge of director of the Institute of Land and Disaster Management, besides his existing additional charges.
8. Gopalakrishnan K (IAS: 2013: Kerala) is the new director of the employment and training department. He will hold the full charge as MD of Kerala Academy of Skills Excellence.
9. T V Subhash (IAS: 2012: Kerala) has been posted director of agriculture development and farmers welfare department.
10. Chandrasekar S (IAS: 2014: Kerala) has been transferred and posted Kannur District Collector.
11. Premkumar V R (IAS: 2014: Kerala) has been appointed district collector of Malappuram
12. Afsana Perveen (IAS: 2014: Kerala), has been appointed district collector of Kollam
13. Snehil Kumar Singh (IAS: 2016: Kerala), district development commissioner, Kannur, is the new director of Kerala State IT Mission. He will hold the full additional charges of deputy secretary of electronics and IT department and director of C-DIT.
