New Delhi (31.01.2024): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed two judicial members and two technical members in National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) for a period of four years or till members attain the age of 67 years. The technical members are Union secretaries. The list of all the four members as follows:

The technical members are Union secretaries. The list of all the four members as follows:
- Justice Yogesh Khanna, Former judge, High Court of Delhi
- Justice Sharad Kumar Sharma, former judge, High Court of Uttarakhand.
- Indevar Pandey (IAS: 1988: WB), Secretary, Ministry of Women and Child Development
- Jatindranath Swain (Retd IAS: 1988: TN), former Secretary, Department of Fisheries.
