New Delhi/Agartala (01.06.2021): As Indianmandarins had reported first Alok Kumar (IAS:1990:TR) was on Tuesday appointed as new Chief Secretary of Government of Tripura. Kumar replaces Manoj Kumar (IAS:1990:TR) upon his appointment as Special Chief Resident Commissioner in New Delhi. As per the notification, Manoj Kumar will function as the Head of the Department, Tripura Bhawan. 

It may be underlined that on the request of the Tripura Government the Union Government had on Monday repatriated Alok Kumar presently serving as Additional Secretary in Cabinet Secretariat.
