extended for a period of two years i.e. up to 11.08.2026. Tenure of Sangeeta Saxena (IES: 2001), Counsellor
(Services), Permanent Mission of India (PMI), World Trade Organization (WTO),
Geneva under Department of Commerce was extended for a period of three months.

- Priyatu Mandal (IAS: 2006: HP) was appointed as Director & Head of the Institute (JS level), Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee National Institute of Water and Sanitation (SPM-NIWAS), Kolkata under the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation for a tenure of five years.
- The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment against two posts of Administrative Member in Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal (KSAT).
- Tenure of Ashok Kumar (IRPS) as Member, Staff Selection Commission (SSC), was extended for a further period of 03 months w.e.f. 21.07.2024.

- Bejoy John (IRS C&CE: 2008) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Minority Affairs and Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying George Kurian in Ministry of Minority Affairs for a period up to 23.01.2028. His tenure was curtailed as Director in the Department of Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade.

- Tenure of Shantanu (IAS: 1997: TR), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region, was extended for a combined tenure of seven years up to 27.03.2026.
- Tenure of Sanjay Mathur (IPS: 1994: TN), Joint Director, NCRB, was extended for a period of one year.
- Tenure of Nítin Deep Blaggan (IPS: 2003: RJ), Joint Director, CBI, was extended for a period of two years beyond 08.10.2024.
- Nikhil Saraswat (IRS IT: 2014) was appointed as Private
Secretary of the Minister of State for Road Transport & Highways Ajay Tamta
in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways at the level of Deputy
Secretary with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post for
a period up to 09.04.2028.
- Saloma Yomdo, Executive Director (Exploration & Development), Oil India Limited (OIL), was appointed to the post of Director (Exploration & Development), OIL for a period of five years.
- Adhipnath Palchaudhuri, Director (Services Business), Balmer Lawrie & Co. Limited (BLC), was appointed to the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), BLC, till the date of his superannuation i.e. 31.03.2029.
- Girish Kumar Borah, Chief General Manager (CGM), Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL), was appointed to the post of Director (Technical), NRL till the date of his superannuation i.e. 30.06.2027.
- Samir Chandra Saxena, Executive Director, Grid Controller of India Limited (Grid-India), was appointed to the post of Director (Market Operation), Grid-India for a period of five years.
