New Delhi (01.09.2022): Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar (IAS:1985:KL) is now in full command of all the departments under the Ministry of Defence. He has been holding the additional charge of the Department of Defence Production, Department of Military Affairs for several months, and following the superannuation of B Anand (lAS:1987:TN) on 31.08.2022 Ajay Kumar was on Wednesday given the additional charge of the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders.
