zeal to work more. Mrs Ruby Ahluwalia from the Indian Railways Accounts
services (IRAS) has been recognized of her outstanding work in 13 cities across
India for helping underprivileged cancer patients. She is being conferred the "Change Makers Award" by
the Grant Thorton -- Sabera, on December 4, 2019 to be held in Teen Murti
Bhawan, New Delhi. Mrs Ahluwalia is posted in Central Railways as Financial
Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer (FA&CAO) and is also founder of a very
successful NGO called 'Sanjeevani - Life Beyond cancer'.
