New Delhi (13.12.2022): BJP winning 156 seats out of 182 in Gujarat Assembly elections as never before is also being attributed to the entry of AAP and AIMIM in Gujarat politics besides a couple of others. There were 50 such seats on which triangular contests benefited the BJP and anti-incumbency votes got divided harming the Congress. The BJP managed to increase its vote percentage but had there not been AAP around, the decimation of the Congress could have been avoided. So it is AAP that is eating up Congress votes be it Delhi, Punjab, or Gujarat. People quipped that it is Kejriwal who is working for a Congress-mukt Bharat!
