New Delhi (10.04.2025): Former Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) Pratyush Sinha (Retd IAS: 1969: BH) will head the six-member committee constituted by the Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) that will review the provisions related to conflict of interest, disclosures pertaining to property, investments and liabilities and other related matters in respect of members and officials of the Board.The other members include Injeti Srinivas (Retd IAS: 1983: OD) (vice-chairman), former Secretary, Corporate Affairs Ministry, and Uday Kotak, non-executive director of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
