New Delhi (28.10.2022): NHAI's Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) will be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday. This has been oversubscribed by almost five times in 10 percent of the scheduled tenure witnessing a healthy investor response to the maiden public NCD issuance. Union MoRTH Minister Nitin Gadkari has been speaking about giving an opportunity to the ordinary citizens of the country to invest in the Infrastructure space when he informed that this round is special because 25 percent of the Non Convertible Debentures (NCDs) are reserved for retail investors. With this option retired citizens, salaried individuals, small and medium business owners will have a great opportunity to invest in building new India and at the same time get healthy returns of at least 8.05 percent per annum. Friday is the historic day as these InvIT NCDs will be listed on BSE and Gadkari will ring the bell marking the beginning for public participation in Infra funding.
