Lucknow (26.06.2024): The Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday transferred 8 Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. In a major reshuffle, several Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) were transferred in Uttar Pradesh. The names of these officers are as follows.
- Vipin Tada (IPS: 2012: UP), SSP of Saharanpur, has been appointed as SSP, Meerut.
- Rohit Singh Sajwan (IPS: 2013: UP), SSP, Meerut, has been appointed as SSP, Saharanpur.
- Hemraj Meena (IPS: 2012: UP), SSP, Moradabad, has been sent to replace SP, Azamgarh.
- Ghule Sushil Chandrabhan (IPS: 2012: UP), SSP of Bareilly, has been given the responsibility of SSP, STF Lucknow.
- Anurag Arya (IPS: 2013: UP), SP, Azamgarh, has been appointed as Bareilly's SSP.
- Satpal (IPS: 2015: UP), SP, Pratapgarh, has been made SSP, Moradabad.
- Anil Kumar (IPS: 2012: UP), SP, Chandauli, has been transferred to Pratapgarh as SP.
- Aditya Langhe (IPS: 2012: UP), SP, Railway Agra, has been transferred and assigned the role of Chandauli's SP.
