New Delhi (29.05.2021): Ahead of the retirement of outgoing NIA Chief Y C Mody (IPS:1984:AM) the NaMo administration on Saturday assigned the additional charge of NIA to Kuldiep Singh (IPS:1986:WB), DG CRPF, till the appointment of a new incumbent. Mody is retiring tomorrow. Further, it may be underlined that CISF is also under ad-hoc arrangement following the appointment of SK Jaiswal as CBI, Director. Presently, Special DG (CISF) Sudhir Kumar Saxena (IPS:1987:MP) holds the additional charge of DG, CISF.
