Delhi Police: In a major rejig 3 Special CPs & 5 Jt CPs get new assignments

New Delhi (03.01.2024): The Delhi administration has enacted a major reshuffle senior IPS and some DANIPS officers. List of the officers reshuffled goes as follows:
  1. Sunil Kumar Gautam (IPS: 1989: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special CP/Human Resource Division.
  2. Chhaya Sharma (IPS: 1999: AGMUT) has been appointed as Special CP/Training. 
  3. Vikramjit Singh (IPS: 2006: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint CP/ Western range. 
  4. A V Deshpande (IPS: 2006: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint CP/ Ops.
  5. Meenu Choudhary (IPS: 2000: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint CP/ HQ.
  6. Sanjay Kumar Jain (IPS: 2002: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint CP/ Southern Range.
  7. Vivek Kishore (IPS: 1999: AGMUT) has been appointed as Joint CP/ Crime.
  8. Chandan Chowdhary (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/ Licensing.
  9. Rajiv Ranjan Singh (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/ Northern Range.
  10. Shweta Chauhan (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/HQ without prejudice to her attachment with Government of Manipur.
  11. Sagar Singh Kalsi (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Eastern Range
  12. Esha Pandey (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Traffic without prejudice to her attachment to CBI.
  13. Sanjay Bhatia (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Crime.
  14. Satya Vir Katara (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Recruitment.
  15. Dinesh Kr. Gupta (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Traffic.
  16. Rajender Singh Sagar (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/ Armed Police.
  17. Rakesh Kumar (IPS: 2010: AGMUT) has been appointed as Additional CP/Security.
  18. Ankit Chouhan (IPS: 2013: AGMUT) has been appointed as DCP/South District.
  19. K Ramesh (DANIPS: 2010) has been appointed as DCP/GA
  20. Ashok Kumar (DANIPS:2012) has been appointed as Additional DCP/ South-II District.
  21. Dabhi Anand Dinesh Bhai (DANIPS: 2012) has been appointed as Additional DCP/Security.
