New Delhi (22.02.2025): In its effort to take perception battle to the next level, Prasar Bharati has decided to take Sudhir Chaudhary on board. He is likely to join Prasar Bharati and bring along around 25-30 professionals from his present organization. He will be hosting a long programme and may join in April-May, 2025.

There are certain functional issues that have discomforted many in Prasar Bharati. The whopping pay package is one such issue that is a cause of concern for many. The second issue that is troubling people is who will have the final say on content. It is officials who control such stuff in the autonomous body. Will that remain the same or change? Third, what will happen to many other pompous and newly attained popularity to the so-called nationalist anchors?

There is whispering in every corner of Prasar Bharati that how will the organisation deal with the baggage that he carries along with him. Is the government ready to ignore them? Earlier also he was approached to join Prasar Bharati but the kind of redemption he was expecting, the government did not agree.
